BM has a consultancy division and an inhouse development division.
Our technical areas of Expertise include AI, HCI and mobile technology.

The type of contracts we engage in fall into three broad categories:

Company A likes something we have developed inhouse and wants to commercialise it or develop the idea further. The company buys or licences the technology from us, or we come to an arrangement whereby they further develop and promote the product through their own channels.

 

Company B feels there is good synergy between something we have developed inhouse and something they are developing. We then work together to incorporate our technology into theirs to produce a new product or service.

 

Company C has an idea but no product. The product or service they wish to develop is not something we have inhouse. BM will work with that company to determine their exact needs and explore the creative space of possibilities. We will then decide on a product, research or development direction and deliver the appropriate solution or results.

Intellectual Property:

BM creates IP in two ways. We develop our own ideas inhouse and patent those, or we develop ideas with clients and share the patent with them. The conditions under which each party may then use that IP will vary according to the contract signed with a given client.
We can also develop technology for clients where the client holds exclusive rights to the IP.
